Is it cheaper to squeeze medical insurance in Canada or Australia?

I’m starting to be relocating to Australia from Canada for about 1 year. we wish to know if it is cheaper to buy transport insurance from Canada for Australia, or if it is cheaper to buy a insurance for medical whilst we am in Australia. Also, if it is improved to get it in Canada, can we indicate a little companies which have in accord with rates?
