PLEASE HELP! what is the great dental insurance to get? cheap as well as covers the lot?

my boyfriends teeth have been DYING for help! he has no insurance though needs his teeth fixed. we am perplexing to find an insurance association for him which pays for similar to 80%. He needs about 5 caps & base canals! PLEASE HELP!
