I have the bad UTI. we have no insurance so we need something cheap as well as even the home pill would be great.?

Tight on income so any home remedies suggestions would be great. Ive had many UTI’s so you have a remedy for Nitrofurantoin 100 mg as good as can get refills yet to refill is as good much. What can you do? What can any a single suggest?
