Where can my father get cheap health insurance?

I’m upon medicaid since I’m pregnant, though my father has asthma as well as has no approach of profitable for doctors visits or removing inhalers. He has not long ago had an asthma conflict which lasted a total week! though you can’t means a ER bills each time he has an attack

    Does Ohio have the state run health plan? we would check to see if we have been authorised for that. Otherwise we do not know of any "cheap" insurance skeleton given insurance company’s have been not ‘non’ profit.
