working in canada insurance needed?

myself as well as the couple of of my friends have been starting to canada to work as the tarmac gang. can any one suggest the cheap medical insurance to cover us for any accidents during work or seizure when not during work.

    Do we have work visas? Whoever got those for we should get a insurance as well.
