Would we suggest Norwich Union in isolation Health / Medical insurance?

Please can any one give me their opinions upon this health insurance provider… we am not certain possibly to shift from BUPA to Norwich Union. The covers appear to suggest flattering most a same things yet Norwich Union is £45 cheaper per month. we only wondered if any one had any great or bad stories or personal practice they’d similar to to share about possibly company?
